Hi, I’m Jo-Anna Roselo, a Registered Massage Therapist and 2020 graduate of Wellington College. I’m passionate about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies through thoughtful, personalized care that supports both physical and overall well-being.

My treatment approach combines therapeutic and relaxation-focused techniques to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from everyday stress, chronic tightness, and physical strain. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs using a variety of modalities, including fascial release, therapeutic cupping, TMJ treatment, and assessment-based soft tissue therapy.

I’m also certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) through Klose Training, which allows me to support clients recovering from surgery, managing swelling, or looking to improve lymphatic flow and healing. I strive to create treatments that feel both effective and calming, so you can restore balance in your body, relax your mind, and leave feeling renewed after each session.

Whether you’re seeking relief from discomfort, recovering from an injury or procedure, or simply taking time for self-care, my goal is to help you feel supported, cared for, and more connected to your well-being.
